Boonie’s Water Conditioning is a privately owned and operated water treatment company located in Madison, Indiana. The founder and owners are James R. Boone and family. Mr. Boone, known as Boonie, first started his business in 1957. In 1963, he introduced tank exchange water softening to the Madison area and has been growing ever since.

Our business emphasis is water softening, whole house water conditioning, filtration, demineralization, purification, and bottled water distribution. We conduct business at the industrial, commercial, and residential levels.

About the Owner
Boonie’s president is Joseph K. Boone. Mr. Boone has been with the company since 1994. He holds bachelor degrees in both business administration and mechanical engineering. He has held various industrial jobs, including design engineer with Caterpillar Inc. Mr. Boone believes this is a very dynamic and exciting time in the water treatment industry.
